Our Return Commitments
30-Day Return Window
Return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Refunds in 5–7 Days
Once your return is received and verified, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
Free Returns on Errors
If we sent you the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we’ll cover all return shipping costs.
Order Cancellation
Cancel within 12 hours of placing your order at zero cost. After that, standard returns apply.
Due to federal and state pharmacy regulations, opened or partially used prescription medications cannot be accepted for return. Unopened, sealed packages may qualify — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Our Support Team
Email support@trustedmedspharmacy.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Include photos if the item was damaged or incorrect.
Receive Your Return Authorization (RMA)
Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization within 1–2 business days if your item is eligible.
Pack & Ship Your Return
Securely repack the item in its original packaging. Include your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship to the address provided in your authorization email.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when it’s done.
Unopened items in original sealed packaging · Orders with wrong items shipped · Deliveries that arrived visibly damaged · Items not matching your confirmed order
Opened or partially used medications · Items returned after 30 days · Products without proof of purchase · Items damaged due to improper storage by the customer
