Important — Prescription Medications

Due to federal and state pharmacy regulations, opened or partially used prescription medications cannot be accepted for return. Unopened, sealed packages may qualify — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Our Support Team

Email support@trustedmedspharmacy.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Include photos if the item was damaged or incorrect.

Receive Your Return Authorization (RMA)

Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization within 1–2 business days if your item is eligible.

Pack & Ship Your Return

Securely repack the item in its original packaging. Include your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship to the address provided in your authorization email.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when it’s done.

For safety and regulatory compliance, opened or partially used prescription medications cannot be returned. Unopened items in original sealed packaging may be eligible. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. This applies to all our anxiety medications, pain relief, and ADHD medications.
